Wanted: A Female Celebrity to Kiss Katy Perry!
Madonna and Britney Spears did the girl-on-girl thing at MTV’s Video Music Awards years ago, but can you ever really get enough celebrity same-sex smooching?
Katy Perry is apparently working on finding a female celeb to kiss during this year’s live telecast of the awards show on Sept. 7.

Lindsay Lohan!
“Producers are really working hard on it,” a source exclusively reveals to me. “They’d love it to be Lindsay, and they’re actually going to ask.”
Like that will ever happen. Even if Ms. Lohan has signed on to be a presenter, I highly doubt she’s gonna be lockin’ lips with the “I Kissed a Girl” hitmaker anytime soon.
But if Ms. Perry can’t find anyone, there’s always Tila Tequila!

A judge in Texas has ordered the father of actress and singer Hilary Duff to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court. He was hauled off in handcuffs Wednesday during a court hearing after Judge Thomas Stansbury in Houston determined he violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval. Dude, whatever. Don’t they have better things to be worried about. I mean this is bull crap. Why do you not sentence the people to jail that really need going to jail. This is just further proof that our system is screwed.

Faith Evans Exposes B.I.G. Affair With Lil’ Kim
Faith Evans has confessed her late husband The Notorious B.I.G. cheated on her with fellow rapper Lil’ Kim.
Evans admits in a new autobiography – Keep The Faith – that she assaulted a string of girls she either discovered being intimate with the heavyweight star, or suspected he was cheating with.
And she has confessed Lil’ Kim – real name Kimberly Jones – was one of the women she attacked.
Evans, 35, says she visited her spouse – real name Christopher Wallace – at his home to confront him about their relationship after a row, but she found he was cheating on her again.
She writes, “I got to Big’s bedroom door, turned the knob, and went inside. As soon as I saw a small lump next to Big’s large frame, I flew into a rage, ran over to the side of the bed, and pulled back the covers. I grabbed some chick out of the bed and started beating her ass.
“I stopped throwing punches for a minute to get a good look at the chick I was beating up. It was Lil’ Kim. She was completely butt-naked, yelling as I pushed her around the room.”
Evans claims Jones was escorted from the house and damaged her car as she left.
But the widow still has sympathy for Jones.
She adds, “I have to say I actually felt some pity for Kim. Big had a wife, and she settled for messing with him. Kim still settled for being the other woman. It seemed pretty sad to settle for that.”

Heidi Montag was at a supermarket Aug. 27 looking dazed and confused like always with her melons in hand. But just what we all been waiting for o joy o joy Heidi Montag’s “Overdosin” is finally here. But it doesn’t look quite right. And not just because it features Heidi Montag, but because it’s 10 minutes of slow-mo aerobics. Could this really be the masterpiece Heidi intended?
We actually thought this video was going to be a little bit better than “Higher” At least, the pictures all indicated a higher production value. And yet we couldn’t make it through the whole thing, so we can’t even promise some big payoff at the end (we suspect there’s none). If you do happen to make it all the way through, let us know if it was worth it, and if you don’t, let us know how far you got.
In case you miss Heidi’s manic arm waves as much as we do, we’ve included the classic “Higher” after the jump for your convenience. It’s actually kind of refreshing to watch it after “Overdosin” brings back the good times.
Eva Longoria wants to design her own fashion range
Eva Longoria Parker is planning to follow in the footsteps of pal Victoria Beckham and bring out her own designer range.
Beckham currently designs her own range of jeans and Longoria Parker is considering taking some time out from acting to launch her own collection.
“I would love to design one day. I do not have the time right now but I would love to develop a home line or a clothing line. So we will see what comes first,” Contactmusic quoted Eva, as saying.
“I am thinking about it,” she added.
The Desperate Housewives star is already compiling ideas for a possible style venture.
She said “My definition of style is comfort. I have to be comfortable, so that would most likely be the line I would take.”
Lohan’s Dad Blames Ronson For Lindsay’s Drinking
Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael is convinced his daughter is drinking again, and is blaming her rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson for leading her astray.
The star checked into rehab last year following a spate of drunk-driving offenses, but has recently been spotted back on the Los Angeles party scene with DJ Ronson.
Lohan’s father has now launched a scathing attack on Ronson, accusing her of corrupting his daughter and insisting the actress isn’t working because she is always out partying with her pal.
He tells MSNBC.com, “It’s (got) to the point now that I’m going to confront Samantha and Jenny Muro (Lindsay’s production assistant) myself.
“Samantha drinks and passes the drinks under the table to Lindsay, and behind the scenes it gets worse and worse. Sam is using my daughter.
“My daughter isn’t working because she’s always with Sam. Even my ex-wife knows it. She just isn’t doing anything about it.”
A representative for Lohan has dismissed the claims, saying, “This is totally a lie and untrue.”
Asia Argento has tied the knot!
Asia Argento has wed in Tuscany, Italy.
The actress married director Michele Civetta on Wednesday in a civil ceremony at the city hall in Arezzo. The 32-year-old daughter of Italian moviemaker Dario Argento was previously engaged to actors Michael Pitt and Vincent Gallo but she never married.
She has a daughter, Anna Lou, from her relationship with actor/composer Marco Castoldi.
The newlyweds are reportedly expecting a child together.

Matthew McConaughey’s Mother Is One Killer Cougar!
Matthew McConaughey’s mother has spoken for the first time about how her husband died during intercourse.
The star’s 78-year-old mother, Kay, reveals a string of personal details about her famous son in her new book, I Amaze Myself – including how the actor’s father died during sex.
She writes: “On Monday mornings, he and I often said goodbye by making love. One day, all of a sudden, it just happened. I knew that something was wrong, because I didn’t hear anything from him. Just nothing. But it was just the best way to go!”
Earlier this year, McConaughey revealed he envisioned his own death in much the same way: “I can’t think of a better way to go. I hope my own death is way down the line, but when it happens, that’s my preferred exit strategy. But let’s not rush it.”
‘Suge’ Knight Arrested In Las Vegas
Police say rap music mogul Marion “Suge” Knight is in a Las Vegas jail on drug and assault charges after he was accused of beating his girlfriend while brandishing a knife.
The 43-year-old Knight was arrested Wednesday on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription and battery domestic violence.
Police responding to a report of a car hitting a curb near the Las Vegas Strip say they found Knight standing over his longtime girlfriend with a knife in his hand. Police say the woman tried to run from the car, but Knight grabbed her. He’s accused of having the drugs Ecstasy and hydrocodone when he was arrested.
Knight’s lawyers, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, declined to comment.
Knight is co-founder of the hip-hop label Death Row Records.

The 48-year-old former TV star, whose role on the hit CBS sitcom was derailed in the early ’80s due to a nasty drug habit, was busted this morning at LAX after allegedly trying to bring heroin and cocaine aboard the plane. Now, is it me or is this just some dumb ass shit. Why would you try to do that now a days. As “secure” as our airports are these days?? I bet her lawyers will come up with a new defense for this one. It will be something like the 9/11 defense. My client was getting high your honor because she could not face the flight sober for fear of it being crashed into a building. I bet it would work too.
Carmen Electra Finds Wrestling Partner Kim Kardashian ‘Hot’
Carmen Electra can understand why socialite Kim Kardashian turns men on after wrestling with her for a scene in new comedy film Disaster Movie.
The two sexy stars get into some “down and dirty positions” for the new movie, which spoofs Hollywood’s action blockbusters, and Electra admits she left the set with a little same-sex crush on her co-star.
She says, “I really got to know her in our wrestling scene… We get into some down and dirty positions, so it’s a good thing we became friends. Kim is so cool, not to mention being hot.”
But the wrestling scene wasn’t all fun to shoot – Electra was left with some nasty injuries.
She tells Parade.com, “There’s hair pulling and I hurt my back and got some burn marks. But it’s also sexy. We’re sort of playing with the idea that guys get turned on by girls wrestling.”

Barbie wins catfight with Bratz
In a battle between Barbie and the Bratz gang of dolls, the long-legged blonde might not seem a match for the street attitude of her upstart rivals, but last night she won the biggest catfight in toyland.
Barbie’s maker, Mattel, won a court case against MGA Entertainment, the manufacturer of the Bratz, in which hundreds of millions of dollars of past and future revenues are at stake.
A nine-member federal jury in California found that the creator of the multi-ethnic Bratz gang, 39-year-old Carter Bryant, created their characters and the name while he was under contract as a Barbie designer at Mattel.

Katherine Heigl is on baby wait
Katherine Heigl was spotted exercising in LA on August 25, 2008. Keeping in shape to bad she can’t seem to break the smoking habit of hers.
Katherine Heigl as also said she is in no rush to have children, says her husband Josh Kelley. The ’27 Dresses’ actress who married Josh in December 2007 – says the couple want to focus on their professional lives for the immediate future.
He said: “We are not talking or thinking about children now really. Right now we are all about our careers.” Singer Josh, 28, also revealed he planned a romantic evening for Katherine, 29, before he started his tour in August.
He added: “I cooked. I like putting a nice New York strip steak on the grill that is marinated really well. Then I make a mixed green salad and my own truffle dressing.
And I can’t forget putting buttered corn with Parmesan cheese on the grill. That’s my speciality.” Katherine herself recently admitted she was in no rush to get pregnant, saying: “It’s not really something we’re talking about right now. We’re pretty busy people.”

Britney Spears not slated to perform on VMAs
According to reports Britney Spears won’t perform on this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, according to her manager.
“Contrary to media reports, Britney was never slated to perform on this year’s VMAs,” Larry Rudolph, Spears’ manager at Jive Records, said in a statement. “She’s in the middle of recording her next album, which is going amazingly well, and her focus remains on the studio.”
Spears’ “Gimme More” comeback performance during last year’s VMAs was one of the most-talked-about moments of 2007. The tabloid queen is currently appearing in spots promoting this year’s ceremony.
In June, MTV Networks Music Group President Van Toffler said the network wasn’t ruling out giving viewers another dose of Spears at the VMAs. MTV later confirmed they were in talks to have Spears appear in some capacity. The rebounding pop queen is nominated for video of the year for “Piece of Me.”
This VMAs will air live Sept. 7 from Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles. Previously announced award show performers include Kid Rock, Lil Wayne, Pink, Rihanna, Paramore, T.I. and the Jonas Brothers.
Denise Richard’s TV show not so Complicated it’s Just awful.
Oh NO! Denise Richard’s reality TV show, “It’s Complicated,” has been dropped like the hot potato it totally wasn’t.
Maybe Denise has been so busy tussling with ex-husband Charlie Sheen over their children’s visitation, medical care, and to have the two young girls appear on the E! show, that maybe she just wasn’t giving it her best shot.
Although we will always fondly remember the highlights of her show, one of which was about her stud pig and the other was her giving a foul mouthed what-for to an entertainment reporter for the unflattering way she was portrayed in the tabloid press.

The numbers started out pretty good just over 1.5 million tuned in for the premiere episode, a source told “The Insider” yesterday. “But the audience has dropped off. ” More like nodded off.
As for Charlie, his brand-new wife is having a baby.
Frankly, watching one episode of Denise’s show was enough to make one totally sympathize with Charlie. How did he ever marry that loud-mouth?

Kelly Osbourne gets beat up by her kitchen!
Kelly Osbourne cut a miserable figure as she left her London home yesterday sporting a heavily bruised face.
The 23-year-old singer-turned-radio DJ had a black eye and a bandaged temple as she left her flat to visit her doctor.
While Kelly may have looked like she had been in a fight, her spokesman said the reality TV star had fallen prey to some bad DIY when the contents of a cupboard fell on top of her.
Kelly had a low-key bank holiday weekend at home after suffering from a tummy bug.
Her illness was made even worse when she reached to get a glass from a cupboard in her kitchen and the whole piece of furniture fell off the wall on on top of her, cutting her temple and hitting her in the left eye.
Her spokesman Gary Farrow said She was suffering from a stomach upset all weekend, which meant she couldn’t go out anywhere, and then this happened.
She is fine now, though.And it seems bad luck comes in threes after being struck down with a tummy bug and being injured, Kelly’s TV show Project Catwalk has been dropped.
Kelly took over from Liz Hurley as the host of the Sky One TV show last year, which aimed to discover new fashion designers.
Kate Hudson Defends Haircare Line
Kate Hudson has fired back at claims she stole the idea for a line of haircare products. The actress was named in a lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on Friday, which suggests she took a sample given to her by bosses at 220 Labs and created her own line with it this past June with celebrity stylist David Babaii.
The product, David Babaii for Wildaid, is an eco-friendly collection of shampoos and styling aids, which is said to contain a special key ingredient – volcanic ash – which bosses at 220 Labs claim was their own secret idea.
Hudson, Babaii and their current manufacturer, Universal, have been charged misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of confidence and fraud in the legal documents.
But a spokesperson for the actress denies the claims: “Kate does not know the plaintiffs and has never met with them or spoken with them. Her representatives believe that the claims are baseless and without merit and (they) intend to vigorously defend the lawsuit.”
Lawyers for 220 Labs are demanding unspecified damages and attorneys’ fees.
They are also asking for an injection against competitors’ use of their products.
Hudson’s rep insists the actress has yet to be served legal papers regarding the case.
