Jennifer Hudson gets engaged
I think Jennifer Hudson may have gotten her birthday wish.
The “American Idol” alum’s boyfriend, David Otunga, asked her to marry him during while celebrating the actress-singer’s birthday in Los Angeles on Friday, her publicist said Monday.
No wedding date is set yet.
Hudson, who took home an Oscar for best supporting actress in 2007 for her role in “Dreamgirls,” and will appear in the upcoming “The Secret Life of Bees.” Her debut solo album will hit stores Sept. 30.
Otunga appeared as a contestant nicknamed “Punk” on the VH1 reality dating show “I Love New York 2.”
