Apparently the bitch crown has been passed. Elton John, co-hosting the GQ Men of Awards in London with Lily Allen, attempts to put the drunken pop star in her place but is out-snarked.
Oh, Lily, hope you had some aspirin and water with you ’cause that had to be one hell of a hangover.
