Mindy McCready back to jail
Mindy McCready is going back to jail. The country star will surrender to authorities Tuesday and will serve 60 days in a Tennessee jail for a probation violation.
McCready was arrested in June for violating her probation for prescription drug fraud.
In another message on her Web site, McCready said, “I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs and entertain. I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander.”
The singer headed to rehab July 16 for undisclosed reasons. She served time in 2007 after violating probation on a 2004 drug arrest.

Throw the book at her. I don’t really know who she is, as I don’t listen to country music. However, she looks like a cross between a poor mans Meryl Streep and I can’t think of the other womans name right now, but Mindy McCready looks guilty. Send her to the old grey bar hotel.
