Dina Lohan: Cat fight, what cat fight?

Ultimate stagemom Dina Lohan denies any ugliness between her daughter Lindsay Lohan and “Ugly Betty” star America Ferrera.

“It was just silly,” Dina Lohan said of rumors of a diva-esque battle between America and Lindsay. “America’s a doll. And they said (Lindsay) brought a posse. It was my mother and myself, and (sister) Ali. It was not a posse. We had sushi and no one trashed the room.”

Other reports add Lindsay’s manager and publicist to her coterie. Dina doesn’t shed any light on why her guest appearance was cut short.

“She had fun on Ugly Betty,” said Dina. “It was long hours and when you’re on a movie set it’s a lot different. She’s not used to television, but it was fun.”

America Ferrera, however, is busy starting another TV feud, this time with “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” costar Blake Lively.

Earlier this summer, America and Blake appeared on “Good Day LA” and America looked less than entranced with her friend’s new show, “Gossip Girl.”

America is on the cover of Seventeen magazine this month and takes on the guilty pleasure. She says such TV depicts female friendships in a skewed light.

“Like, if you’re watching The Hills or 90210, all the backstabbing shapes the way we act,” America said. “I mean, I love Blake; she’s a wonderful friend of mine, but shows like Gossip Girl kind of condition us to be mean.”

However, America claims that all her friendships, especially with her Pants posse are drama-free (at the moment):

“One of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had with girl relationships was working with them (Lively, Alexis Bledel and Amber Tamblyn) on Sisterhood. I’d worked with other girls before and it was pretty catty,” said Ferrera, who counts Tamblyn as “one of my closest friends.”
