Anne Hathaway is Ms. Moneybags again
Anne Hathaway must have no problem holding the purse strings. She’s the one shelling out the cash again for new boyfriend, Adam Shulman.
The “Bride Wars” spent massive money on her con man ex, Raffaello Follieri. Her felonious fellow sucked her dry of $37,000 a month for his New York City apartment until their break up this summer.
Shulman is a struggling actor and the director of the ever-so-lucrative “Dukes of Hazzard” sequel, so Hathaway is again spending money on her man.
Star magazine quotes an insider as saying, “Adam is not a swindler like Raffaello, but the truth is the truth: Adam is far from Mr. Moneybags, so Anne has to buy everything. She leads an extravagant lifestyle – she has to fly all over the globe and show up at black-tie events. The only way for Adam to fit into her life is if she foots the bill.”
The source claims Shulman isn’t shameless like Follieri: “He feels bad that Anne has to pay, so he does little things for her, like buy her books, give her love notes and cook her meals – little things to make her feel special.”
Um, except this should probably be done in a relationship anyway, so that doesn’t make Shulman a kept man, nah. Of course not. But, uh, pass some of that sugar mama.
