David Arquette discusses mysterious surgery
Actor David Arquette’s mysterious surgery wasn’t cosmetic, it was to remove a benign tumor.
The procedure left him bruised and with a temporarily paralysed eyebrow.
Arquette revealed doctors had to remove an osteoma, a bone tumour. The treatment has left Arquette unable to move his right eyebrow.
He revealed the truth in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres.
“I had an osteoma, I think it’s called, so they took it out. I can’t move my eyebrow yet,” Arquette said. “It’s getting better, much better, but most of my friends are like, ‘You used to move your eyebrows too much anyway.’ No more James Dean cool guy stuff.”
