Judge extends Spears’ restraining order against Lutfi
A judge temporarily extended a restraining order against Britney Spears’ former manager and ex, Sam Lutfi and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, so there will be time to hear arguments in the case.
Judge Aviva K. Bobb extended a temporary restraining order against the two until Wednesday morning. The singer’s father and conservator of her affairs, Jamie Spears, will be allowed to testify this afternoon to accommodate his travel schedule.
The delay is due to a technicality and busy court calendar, according to the judge.
Daddy Spears and his coterie of attorneys want a long-term restraining order against Lutfi, Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardley (who recently released voice mails allegedly from the singer, asking him for help to get out of the conservatorship). The folks in charge of Britney at the moment claim the trio have tried to sabotage a court-ordered conservatorship that granted Jamie Spears control over his 27-year-old daughter’s personal and financial affairs a year ago.
Lutfi, Ghalib and Britney Spears didn’t appear in court.
