Cindy Crawford’s husband hit by harassment suit
Cindy Crawford’s hubbie is in hot water. Rande Gerber is one of several people and companies named in a lawsuit by two women who are alleging sexual harassment
The plaintiffs claim to be former workers for Gerber Bars and Gerber Entities, and state in their suit that they were “subjected to quid pro quo sexual harassment at the hands of their supervisors… and a sexually hostile work environment.”
The women claims their work environment became “abusive” because of the alleged harassment and when they complained to the company’s human resources department, it “continually refused to acknowledge that such practices were occurring at Gerber bars.”
The suit was filed in San Diego in April.
A rep for Gerber said the allegations were “baseless.”
“These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless,” a rep for the businessman told TMZ. “This lawsuit has no merit.”
