Big congratulations to Russian supermodel Irina Shayk who has finally won her first Sports Illustrated cover after having to trail behind girls like Brooklyn Decker and Bar Refaeli!
The giant billboard near the David Letterman studios was unveiled this afternoon and Irina and her heaving breastesses are front and center, baby!
