Odette Yustman Gets Sexy Serious For “House” Season 8 Episode 1
Odette Annable (formerly Yustman) made her debut appearance in the Season 8 opener of last night’s “House, MD” (entitled “Twenty Vicodin”) and let me tell ya, she’s no Olivia Wilde. NO WAY IN HELL. But she did look pretty hot wearing purple scrubs while spouting off impossible lines like, “I’m gonna start him off on Zephtriaxium” and “There’s no point in searching for a bodily rash since lupus doesn’t usually present that way” all while giving a bunch of, “Wait, how did you know that?” types of facial reactions to Hugh Laurie for almost every scene (as seen in the screencaps below). It’s not so unbelievable, but it is distracting.
If you didn’t keep track from the episode, it’s obvious that Odette will join House’s medical team from here. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that she and Olivia Wilde get into some Hellish epic batty-catty bitch-fighting over a bottle of Aspirin in future episodes. That would be one awesome show!

Let’s just hope Odette doesn’t take herself too seriously and present her role with a little humor, otherwise she’ll end up just like Jennifer Morrison: FORGETTABLE.
