Discovered while waiting tables in a restaurant during her freshman Year at Hofstra University, Carol Alt became a successful model with the Elite Agency. After a long career gracing the covers of many magazines and appearing in exercise videos, she began acting in European films. Most of her films are made and released in Italy. Besides appearing in “Sports Illustrated” swimsuit videos, she has also worked on the second “Supermodels in the Rainforest” project. Both “Entertainment Tonight” (1981) and “Access Hollywood” (1996) have run stories about her and occasionally she is a guest commentator. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, playing golf, basketball, singing, and driving race cars.
