Brooklyn Decker’s Stinky Pink Dress
A large collection of celebrities gathered in New York last night for the Metropolitan Costume Ball. A few celebs learned from their fashion mistakes from last year’s Met Ball and actually dressed up in real designer duds (like Kristen Stewart) while others decided to make BIGGER fashion mistakes in place of last year’s stinkers.
None is more so guilty than model/actress/whatever Brooklyn Decker when she arrived wearing a third-rate stinky pink dress as seen below.
.
.
Other supermodels in attendance like Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli, Miranda Kerr and Rosie Huntington Whiteley kept it classy and sexy while Brooklyn stunk up the joint with her Maxim-quality Stank Ho skeezer digs. EPIC FAIL.
The Victoria’s Secret Panty Parade 2010
There’s only three things to expect from a Victoria’s Secret show: BOOBS, BUTTS, and lots of Bronzer. And that’s exactly what the supermodels delivered. With TWO performances by Katy Perry during the show, the supermodels strutted their toned bodies and flashed their goodies (and tramp stamps) down a gold-glittered runway.

Unlike last year’s show, the outfits weren’t as ridiculous (one model had to don a silver box last year, I kid you not) and we were spared the whole god-awful “supermodel contestant search” drama. As expected, all the dresses heaved a lot of cleavage and exposed a lot of ass cheeks (natch) and I got some sexy previews for you, check it out!

And the supermodel that stole the show?

Rosie Huntington Whiteley and her sideboob! YAY!!!!
[The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs on CBS @ 10 PM, November 30th, so tune in for all the tastefully naked flesh!]
More Mango for Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett is still hawking Mango products. Yeah, I know, right?

Miranda Kerr – Pregnant But Still Employed
A few articles ago, I mentioned that supermodels were going to be overtaking Paris Fashion Week (which is currently underway). Well, now you can count the pregnant ones, too! The newest rumor sliding down the hill is that everyone’s favorite Aussie supermodel, Miranda Kerr, will be doing a catwalk show exclusively for the Balenciaga brand! She’s walked for them in previous seasons but this time, she’ll do it while pregnant!
And the proof is in the pictures. Miranda and Orlando were spotted earlier today on the streets of Paris, which pretty much confirms this rumor.

Screw you, Orlando Bloom!
.
UPDATE 09/30/2010: See? Miranda followed through on the rumor and walked her big pot-bellied ass down the Balenciaga runway yesterday!

Supermodels To Overtake Paris Fashion Week?
It happened earlier this year over at Paris Fashion Week and, now, the word on the street [from a little Dutch boy by the dike] is that the big-named designers are going to do it again! Yeah, it turns out that designers like Givenchy, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, and Emanuel Ungaro are planning on using even MORE supermodels for their shows. Oh, the fashionista HUMANITY!
Milan Fashion Week sort of had the big supermodel names for the Dolce & Gabbana show held last week (pictured below), but none as big as the ones being prepped for Paris FW!

And when I say SUPERMODELS, I mean the likes of Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Ana Beatriz Barros, Bar Refaeli – y’know, the busty CURVY ones? Usually, these Haute Couture shows use top models like Lily Donaldson, Natasha Poly, Lara Stone [and other girls that nobody cares about], but it looks like the top brands are finally seeing that maybe SUPERMODELS are the way to go!
To be honest, I don’t really see the big deal of keeping this rumor a secret. SERIOUSLY, who loses out on this info being leaked? That’s right, NO ONE! Spread the word!
Megan Fox Versus Odette Yustman
Now I can make an unfair comparison between both beauties! Check it out, both of the girls were spotted attending different fashion shows in different cities (Odette was at New York Fashion Week and Megan was at Milan Fashion Week) and they pretty much mirrored each other in terms of looks. It’s almost uncanny!

So who wins this round between the two foxy ladies? Well, BOTH of them, of course!
Odette Yustman goes Goth for Fashion Week

New York Fashion Week is just about done (I think today is the last day) but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t an abundance of stars! “You Again” starlet Odette Yustman attended a couple of shows and she even went all Goth at the Monique Lhuillier show.

Unlike Ashley Greene, Odette seems to be more attentive at these shows. And, YES, that is Jessica Lowndes sitting to Odette’s left.
Ashley Greene attends New York Fashion Week….
…and is SO bored with it. No less than 24 hours after attending the (HORRIBLE) MTV Video Music Awards last night in Los Angeles, the camera-phone beauty immediately jet-setted off to New York and got front row seats to the Donna Karan show.

And from the looks of it, Ashley is just so wickedly bored. On the other hand, Susan Sarandon was also sitting front row at the Donna Karan show and at least SHE showed a bit of enthusiasm for the runway models.
The 2010 Costume Institute Gala @ The MET
A big handful of celebrities were on hand today at the “American Woman: Fashioning A National Identity” Costume Institute Gala @ the Metropolitan Museum in the NYC. Big names like Katy Perry, Zoe Saldana, Gisele Bundchen, Emma Watson, Anne Hathaway, Claire Danes, Oprah, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Diane Kruger, Eva Mendes, Carey Mulligan, and SO many more that are too numerous to list showed up for this once-a-year event. All the celebs came dressed in high-fashion gear and some were even escorted by the designers themselves.
But for my money, the best-dressed ladies of the evening was birthday girl, Christina Hendricks and Gisele Bundchen. Christina was curves aplenty and flaunting her massive knick-knacks like it was her birthday while Gisele was rockin’ the $5,000-an-hour hooker glam. Classy, indeed.

And for the worst-dressed of the night, that award would go to K-Stew. Wearing something resembling a trashbag and some ripped pantyhose sheers, K-Stew looked like a well-dressed homeless person and, for that, she gets my vote for Worst Dressed.

Expect to see more fashionistas rip K-Stew a new one in the next 24 hours. Trust me.
Lindsay Lohan’s Lucky Leggings
Ever wanted to dress up like Lindsay Lohan? Sure I do! Ever wanted to go to the hottest nightclubs and then leave all loopy and criminally insane? Yet bet your ass! Check it out, Lindsay is releasing a whole set of leggings to be sold in big name stores like Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms for her “6126″ fashion line. That’s right, LEGGINGS! Reserve your pair now!

The line of leggings should be in stores this July. Lilo and a bottle of booze not included.
Grace Jones For Real
Before there was Lady Gaga or ke$ha or Rihanna, there was Grace Jones. Grace is the original fashionista/singer/actress (LONG before those girls tried to steal her thunder) with the wacky clothes and honked-up songs and, to this day, STILL looks good.
Grace was the main attraction of last night’s celebration of the 5th anniversary of Viktor & Rolf’s “Flower Bomb” perfume over in Paris where she rocked the house.
SLAVE TO DA RIDDIM! Do you find me sex-eh, dah-ling?
Galliano In Wonderland
Everyone’s favorite wacky hobo chic fashion auteur, John Galliano, held his fashion show yesterday afternoon for Paris Fashion Week and showed off his latest wild wacky fashions. All the models that strutted on the catwalk all sported a Johnny Depp Mad Hatter-esque look.
But don’t be too quick to judge Galliano as a copycat just yet! Galliano’s shows have always featured giant frizzed hair and Salvation Army-type clothing, so this is nothing new to fashionistas.
The Scarlett Johansson Fashion Show
Little Miss Scarlett Johansson is currently in Spain and attended the Mango Fashion Launch last night in Madrid.

Okay, here’s what I don’t understand – WHY would you spend millions of dollars to hire Scarlett as your spokesmodel and then hold a fashion show for your line of clothes but NOT have her model it on the runway? Because it’s EPIC FAIL!
The Louis Vuitton Show Gets Afro-Centric
It’s Fashion Week over in the city of Paris and there have been fashion shows around the clock for the last couple of days and each one just gets weirder and weirder!

But the one show that takes the cake is the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2010 Show. Apparently, the designers decided to dish out the most obscurest fashion trend and bestow it upon the poor models: THE 6-FOOT AFRO!
Nothing says “HIP” like giant afros on skinny white European models!
Rihanna Is Fashionable

Rihanna took some time out of her schedule yesterday afternoon to walk the streets of the NYC in another outlandish get-up. This is the last time I talk about her fashion sense cuz it’ll just give me a goddamned migraine headache!
‘Project Runway’ finale filmed but show is a long way off
Project Runway fans, brace yourselves. The airing of the sixth season is a long way off. The reality show filmed its season 6 finale Friday at Bryant Park, but the legal battle about who gets to air the season still rages and there’s no air date set.
“This year is going to be a little different,” Runway host Heidi Klum told the crowd. “This is (the designer’s) moment and unfortunately nobody has seen the show yet. I’m a little bit sad for our designers that they don’t get that recognition today. We’re all in a bit of a limbo.”
Since the show hasn’t aired anything at all, the producers did not bring out the three designers.
“We wish we could bring out the three designers but we can’t,” Tim Gunn said at the show.
International Herald Tribune editor -and fashion industry veteran – Suzy Menkes acted as guest judge for the show. PEOPLE reports that among the stars lending their power to the show this season were Christina Aguilera, Eva Longoria Parker and Rebecca Romijn.
Because the Project Runway moved to Los Angeles for this season, permanent judges Nina Garcia and Michael Kors weren’t able to judge every challenge each week. Instead, various editors from Marie Claire (where Garcia is now employed) have been tapped to fill in as needed.
Solange Knowles’ nipple slip and hospital trip
Beyonce’s baby sister is bound to burst into tears. And she has good reason.
Solange Knowles started out Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with a fashion faux paux of epic proportions. She wore a sheer top to the Toni Maticevski Fall 2009 show and managed to flash a nipple (seen, barely, at left).
“i always wear undies, never been carried out of the club drunk, i wont even pose for king or any ‘eye candy’ type shoots and now look,” she Twittered. “My s–t on display for all the world to see.”
Then, on her way home from New York, the singer was rushed to the hospital Tuesday, where she was treated for dehydration and low blood pressure.
“Woke up to eight random people over me, laid out on the floor in baggage claim!” Knowles said. “Guess I passed out! Scary. Hooked up to IV now. Apparently I’m super dehydrated.”
She started feeling weird when she took some Nyquil to get some sleep.
“I think maybe im getting high off it because im not sleeping,” she wrote on her Twitter page, adding later, “everythings movvvvviinnngg slooooowww, lol.”
She was released from the hospital after a second round of IV and a visit from her mother, Tina. “My mom is the best. LOL,” Knowles wrote. “She’s like, ain’t nothing wrong with this girl, she need some water and rest …Pull up the car! LOL.”
Stars turn out for Armani
The glitterati have all flocked to New York for Fashion Week and plenty were spotted at the Giorgio Armani store on 5th Avenue, where the designer hosted an exclusive party to celebrate the opening.
Fashionista Victoria Beckham sacrificed warmth for style on the outdoor red carpet, posing without a coat, showing plenty of skin in the freezing weather.
She presented new designs from her fashion collection at New York Fashion Week and said she’d love to reach Armani-level success.
“I have so much respect for Mr. Armani – you know, I can dream,” she said, before heading inside.
Leonardo DiCaprio and John Mayer, both in dark suits, arrived late, sans girlfriends.
Also among the celebrity guests were NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Caroline Kennedy, Alicia Keys, Ricky Martin, Mira Sorvino, Liam Neeson and Josh Hartnett.

Mischa Barton brings the drama to Fashion Week
Actress Mischa Barton hasn’t been making many movies, but she did make some trouble at Fashion Week already. The former “O.C.” star arrived at the Fashion Week tent in Bryan Park in a thin, black outfit that photographers flash bulbs flashed right through – making her dress see-through and putting staffers backstage at Miss Sixty in a tizzy.
Men and women working for the label scrambled for something new by the designer to put over Barton. E! News reports that some even took the clothes off their own backs and offered them to her.
“She’s a royal pain in the ass,” one staffer complained to another. “We sent all these clothes over and she ends up wearing nothing!”
Barton managed to settle on a scarf draped strategically over her shoulders, though she very nearly grabbed the same one that Kristen Bell was wearing.
The actress, who was a front-row regular at Paris Fashion Week only a few weeks ago and has her own headband line, later told E! News she would consider doing her own clothing line “with the right people.”
Young Hollywood flocks to Fashion Week
It may be tough times for Middle America, but Hollywood hotties are doing just fine. Celebs such as Kristen Bell, Amanda Bynes, Michelle Trachtenberg and the Hilton sisters were in the front row at the Jill Stuart fall collection Monday.
“It’s important to keep your head screwed on straight, but I also think it’s important to do what you love – and I don’t want to give up loving fashion just because maybe I can’t buy it right now,” said Bell.
The “Veronica Mars” star said she rarely splurges on pricey items.
“I kind of frequently live like I’m in the recession regardless, but that’s just because my parents raised me to be very frugal,” said Bell, who also sat with Mischa Barton at Miss Sixty.
Paris Hilton didn’t talk to reporters, arriving late to the show and chatting on her cell phone before the show.
Also spotted were actresses Jessica Stroup (the CW’s “90210″) and Adrianne Palicki (NBC’s “Friday Night Lights”).
Though they claimed fiscal conservatism, they admitted spending weaknesses. Palicki said she splurges on food, while Stroup has a thing for jackets.
“I have a million jackets, and if I see an amazing jacket, I will spend too much money on it usually,” she said.
