‘New Moon’ teaser hits the web
Promises are made that the new 14-second “New Moon” trailer tease of Taylor Lautner’s buff bod, but there’s simply not enough to judge. I’m going to need some more skin.
In this clip werewolf character Jacob Black consoles Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), telling her:
“Bella, I won’t ever hurt you, I promise,” he tells her. She replies, “You’re sort of beautiful.” (Hmm, I’m not remembering this from the book. Twifans?)
The full trailer premieres Friday before Vanessa Hudgens’ new comedy “Bandslam.”

New Moon hits screens Nov. 20.
‘New Moon’ trailer
Some how this particular trailer got past me, but it’s never to late for a little “New Moon” on the horizon. Check it out:
‘Iron Man 2′ trailer
What happens at Comic Con doesn’t stay at Comic Con. The trailer for the upcoming “Iron Man 2″ has finally leaked online and it looks lovely:
Coldplay’s ‘Strawberry Swing’ Video
They’re fewer and farther between nowadays, but genuinely beautiful and cool music videos were the stuff of my teenage years. Coldplay’s “Strawberry Swing” is gorgeous and worth a few minutes for the sweetness of the visuals, if not the mellow music:
Lady Gaga’s ‘Poker Face’ acoustic version
Wow, is this a different version of Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face.” Check out the acoustic stylings of the electronica song:

NAS and Nick Cannon’s hip hop PSA
NAS and Nick Cannon have put together a PSA on the state of hip hop (I have to go with Nick Cannon is part of the problem, not the solution, but okay). It’s actually relatively smart. Check it out:
‘I Sell the Dead’ trailer
I love me some Dominic Monaghan (Lost and Lord of the Rings – it’s a geek’s wet dream) and the trailer for his new movie, “I Sell the Dead,” is up. The movie is about two of the craftiest grave robbers in town. Nineteenth century justice has caught up with them and with only a few hours to go before his date with the guillotine, body-snatcher Arthur Blake (Monaghan) tells his life story to the peculiar Father Francis Duffy, played by another favorite of mine, Ron Perlman.

Ukrainians take on Katy Perry
This is definitely not what Katy Perry had in mind. The Ukrainian band Los Colorados covers “Hot and Cold” with hilarious results:
Michael Jackson vs. Super Mario Brothers
Heh. This video makes me both miss Michael Jackson and want to play some Nintendo. To the emulator, we go!
Eminem: The Warning
Remind me never to piss Eminem off. The rapper slammed Mariah Carey in a song on “Relapse,” pissing off Carey and hubbie Nick Cannon, who took his rage to blog and media outlets. Now Eminem firing back the way he does it best – in song. Check out one hell of a diss:
Joe Jackson confirms Omer Bhatti is Michael’s son
I will give Joe Jackson this – he knows how to keep the media interested. The father of Michael Jackson confirmed for TV One that Michael had another son, Omer Bhatti. spotted at the King of Pop’s funeral with the family. Didn’t hedge at all.
Seeing as Joe wasn’t particularly involved with Michael and has been nothing but trouble for the last few decades, I’m still somewhat hesitant, but I probably shouldn’t be.

Vid: Young new Johnny Cash?
I’ve seen 50-year-olds who can’t rock out like this. Check out this 5-year-old boy as he plays “Folsom Prison Blues” by Johnny Cash:
Vid: Young and already hip-hopping
I wish I had this kid’s moves:
William Shatner reads Sarah Palin’s goodbye speech
Pour yourself a stiff drink and check out Sarah Palin’s farewell address, as interpreted by William Shatner on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brian. What it lacks in coherence, it makes up in comedy gold. Shatner should read all political speeches from now on.
JK Wedding Entrance
This is hitting the Web like wildfire, but whatever furthest corners that haven’t seen the best wedding entrance ever, check it out below:
Tron Legacy Trailer
Comic Con gives us fantastic bits of movie goodness, including trailers for the new Tron sequel, renamed “Tron Legacy.” The YouTube description calls it “a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that’s unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Bridges), looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.

‘Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus’ hit the Web
I’ve taken a look at all three clips released from the upcoming “Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus” and I still have no idea what it’s about. But it looks awful pretty.
The first clip contains Heath Ledger as Tony, an MC-type who is in a mall-setting, wooing women to escape into some sort of fantasy:
In the second clip, Dr. Parnassus (Christopher Plummer) tells Valentina (Lily Cole) about a man he once met, seguing to a brief flashback:
In the third and final clip, Valentina refuses to run away with a man and lies about her true age:
Interesting stuff and I’ll see it if only to catch the last moments of Heath Ledger on film. “The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus” will be in theaters in October.
‘Alice in Wonderland’ teaser trailer
The teaser trailer for Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” has hit the Web and it is delicious! The official premiere is planned today at Comic-Con. The 3-D movie stars Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway, as well as 19-year-old unknown Mia Wasikowska as Alice. Check it out below:

Vid: Harry Potter and the crazy Japanese fangirl
I love Japanese TV. They make otherwise normal people look completely nuts (not that fangirls need much help when exposed to the object of their insane desires coughAlexO’Loughlintouchedmecough!). Here’s the winner of a Harry Potter contest getting surprised by Rupert Grint and acting… very fan girl (though, Ron should really have taken care of that whole never-been-kissed thing):
And then Daniel Radcliffe gets in on the fun:
